The inevitable technological evolution that has characterized the last decades, and that has become too often synonymous with uniformity and annihilation of the added value of handmade products, in the case of Azienda Agricola Villa Medici has become a means of improving and enhancing products.
As a prime example, the harvest. Grapes, in effect, are cut and collected in special bins in order to maintain their integrity, and then the step of pressing takes place in an extremely short time, three or four hours, and this allows to obtain a perfect must in which the valuable characteristics of the fruit are preserved.
The philosophy of Azienda Agricola Villa Medici is, therefore, a perfect combination of tradition and avant–garde. Every business decision and every little gesture is aimed to pursue a single goal: to preserve the unique and distinctive taste of the Bianco di Custoza wine, typical of the Caprara family.
