The Colognola ai Colli Cooperative Winery collects and processes the grapes conferred by partners in a modern production center. The company now consists of 800 vinegrowers and covers an area of 2,500 hectares belonging to the prestigious Soave and Valpolicella Designation of Origin. The vinification is carried out in an ultra–modern center for collection and production, takes place in specialized departments through the most sophisticated technological equipment. The capacity of the winery is of over 400,000 hectoliters; modern vats and tanks guard a quality product and ensure its perfect preservation. The winemaking technology and science are combined with the quality and genuineness of the product in a harmonious blend of fragrances and flavors, thanks to the expert work of our growers and the generosity of our hills.
