Azienda Agricola Colutta dr. Gianpaolo produces DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli wines of quality, in the vineyards of Buttrio, Manzano and Premariacco, for a total area of about 30 hectares, and the noble family can boast a farming tradition of about 1,000 years. The company has adopted the most strict and traditional cultivation techniques (implant systems with a high number of plants/ha, very strict pruning, essential fertilizing etc.) resulting in a low production per hectare of vineyard: all in favor of the concentration of aromas and taste in the cluster. In effect, grapes determines almost completely the quality of the final product: wine is made in the countryside!
In order to enhance even more these features, we proceed with a refined, though ancient, winemaking method, which allows us to guarantee every year the high quality of the limited bottles available.
