Our company is located in the Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC. It has 14 hectares of vineyards. It covers more or less 14 hectares of vineyards in the hills, protected to the north by the Preapls and exposed to the south to the positive atmospheric effects of the Adriatic Sea, creating a ventilated and dry climate. The terrain consists of marly–arenaceous rocks of Eocene origin, and therefore ideal for the breeding of vines in the hills. It is rich in calcium, potassium, discreetly of phosphorus, magnesium and many other trace elements. The density per hectare, on average 5,000 vines, allows us to achieve a proper balance between quantity and quality in the product. We have equipped the cellar of the most modern equipment for winemaking, from fining to storage of wines, but we are aware that the most advanced technology can not replace nature, as good wine finds, as indispensable presuppositions, the high clonal selection of our vines, the quality of the soil, the special microclimate, but also the maximum commitment and passion of us and of our employees. Our production is currently composed of about 65% of white grapes and 35% of red grapes. We aim, however, to reach gradually a production of the same amount of white and red grapes.
Training system: Guyot and spurred cordon.
Planting system: 2.5 m between each row; 80 cm between plants.

These choices limit the amount of grapes produced per plant in favor of a more high concentration of quality, in this way raising the sugar level, creating a more intense color and enhancing the aroma and flavor typical of each variety.
Our current production of about 50,000 liters.
