The Terre di San Venanzio Winery arises in the most prestigious and well–renowed "cru" of the DOC: the Cartizze one, recovering a family land formerly used for the processing of wood. Here we receive and work the Prosecco DOC selected grapes, grown only in the vineyards of Valdobbiadene, in order to obtain a limited production of sparkling wine. Our business philosophy has its foundations here, in the care and attention to detail in working, in the respect of the traditional practices of "wisdom", in the use of advanced technical equipment, in the pursuit of low–impact interventions.
