“Our main product is Prosecco" Frizzante ... Naturally ", with natural and spontaneous refermentation in the bottle. Wine obtained from white fermented Glera grapes, (without peel) after a first fermentation in steel tanks it remains at rest all winter. In the spring, with the first warmths, once bottled the wine will begin the spontaneous refermentation in the bottle. It is an easy to drink, dry and slightly sparkling wine in which the flavor and minerality given to it by the characteristics of the land of origin stand out. "Sparkling ... naturally" prosecco does not undergo physical-chemical treatments during winemaking or even before bottling (such as tight sterilization filtering), therefore keeping it alive and constantly evolving over time, thanks to the presence of natural yeasts in the bottle. We also produce an extra dry sparkling prosecco with the charmat method: "San Venanzio". Winemaking technique: fermentation in the autoclave with the addition of selected yeasts, more technical wine and modern origins than the "Frizzante ... Naturally."
