The meats and vegetables used in the preparation derive directly from the farms and crops of the company, with a view to a km0 production that is a guarantee of the effective quality and authenticity of the exquisite dishes that you can taste every day. The chef prepares many specialties every day including pork cold cuts and cheeses, homemade pasta, soups, risotto with seasonal herbs from the estate's field. And still grilled and spit-roasted meats, roast stews and delicious bread cooked in a wood oven as tradition dictates. To finish the meal with a pinch of sweetness, you can choose one of the delicious homemade desserts including tarts with hand-made fruit jams or various biscuits to munch on after the meal.
