So, always looking for new challenges, Nicoletto undertook the construction of that passion built on the solid foundation of love for his own land and built, year after year, with bricks of enthusiams. A work in progress that has been handed down to his son Mosè, and then to the son of this latter, Giuseppe. In him, the most frank popular soul of local people identified a considerable resemblance to his grandfather Nicoletto, giving him the nickname "Bepin de Eto", "Giuseppe of Nicoletto".
Since 1965, after learning the secrets of the job and having won the confidence of his land, Ettore, son of Giuseppe, leads with determination, helped today by its three
daughters, the family business. He wanted to give it that nickname, Bepin de Eto, to remember his father, his family, his history.
