Le Coste farm is located in the small town of Col San Martino in the heart of the production area of the Prosecco DOCG. In the company, family–run, the tecniques of cultivation of the Glera variety, and of the following winemaking, have been handed down from father to son since the beginning of the twentieth century. The cultivation takes place only in the hills and requires almost exclusively manual cultivation and work in the vineyard.
