The winery: the place where everything is transformed and takes flavor.



The wines we produce are the result of the passion of a family that for four generations has been vinifying great grapes to obtain excellent wines, now in the new and modern winery.



In the new basement winery of 350 square meters, designed to be functional to produce wine, the various processes of vinification and aging of the nectar of the Pat del Comel D.O.C. and D.O.C.G. wines take place.



Behind every bottle you taste there is a well–established path, which allows us to get the wine as we have always wanted.



In our vineyards, grapes are all harvested by hand and only when perfectly ripe and, once they reach the winery, they undergo a soft pressing and musts pass to the temperature–controlled fermentation in order to retain colors, scents and aromas in the best way.

The fining of the wines is made according to the tradition, but with the use of modern technologies, and are kept in containers made of steel.



Special attention for the red grapes that are fermented on their skins for 10/15 days, and then the wine obtained is aged in oak casks or small barrels that help to enrich the organoleptic characteristics and to create wines that smell intensely of grapes and pass down, in every sip, a feeling of genuineness.
