Foradori, today, is a company on the way. After ten years of use of biodynamic preparations in the vineyards and of daily attentions in the winery, we begin to see the value of our work.
We have developed, over many years of experience, knowledge and awareness of natural cycles: each season brings new things, every day teaches and makes us understand something.
We have learned to listen attentively to grasp the subtle differences that exist in nature and to preserve the sincerity of character of the grapes expression of their place of origin.
Our farm work becomes, in this way, creativity: we have the duty and the privilege of getting up every morning and feel free to work according to the message that the land wants to send us in that moment.
We work in the mountains, cultivating Teroldego in the alluvial soils of Campo Rotaliano, Nosiola and Manzoni Bianco on the hills of clay and limestone of Cognola.
Foradori does not use synthetic chemicals, insecticides nor fertilizers. It has Demeter and ICEA certifications since 2009.
We harvest the grapes from 26 hectares of vineyards – 80% of Teroldego, 15% of Manzoni Bianco and 5% of Nosiola – to produce an average of 160,000 bottles per year: 90,000 of Foradori, 20,000 of Granato, 20,000 of Fontanasanta Manzoni Bianco, 8,000 of Fontanasanta Nosiola and 10,000 for each of the old vineyards of Teroldego Sgarzon and Morei.
