In 1907, when the Trentino region still underlay the Hapsburg Empire, in Isera the namesake cooperative winery was constituted. Founded by the will of the winegrowers in the area, the D’Isera Winery already collected precious grapes of the basaltic hills of Isera, first of all those of Marzemino. Today, over 200 members, on an area of 230 hectares, give each vintage an average of 25,000 quintals of selected and valuable grapes. Good wine is made in the countryside: this is one of the maxims to which the D’Isera Winery adheres firmly.
From the choice of the new plants to the systematic control of the whole cycle of vegetation, all followed and strictly controlled in order to obtain a healthy and high quality wine production. Under the guidance of expert winemakers, the D’Isera Winery gives its excellent wine grapes supplied by the members, expertly balancing the benefits of new technologies and the wisdom of ancient traditions.
Quality does not accept compromises, represents for D’Isera Winery an imperative, a commitment to the consumer and the guarantee of being able to enjoy, appreciate and love the wines created from the passion of men and from the generosity of the hill of Isera.
