The Alfio Nicolodi’s company was founded by grandfather Antonio in the early twentieth century in Cembra, in the historic district of Carraja. Since 1985, Alfio has taken the reins, carefully following both the vineyards in the processing, changing the plants and the vinification techniques of grapes, and the whole production phase until bottling, selecting the different types of grapes in order to obtain better and better wines.
Since 2000 engaged with much energy to the reinstatement of the historic vines of the valley, a long–term project of which in recent years we are beginning to see the results, more and more important.
