The Trapani Wines is a modern winery, projected into the future using high technological equipments and working methods which process the grapes in respect of the nature in order to achieve a prestigious product.
The winery grows local grapes like Cataratto, Grecanico, Insolia, Nero D'Avola and also some non local grapes as Syrah, Chardonnay, Merlot and Carbanet Sauvignon.
The harvest is manually done in order to preserve an aromatic sense and afterwards a soft press is used.
Salemi's surrounding climate in the hills give a unique organoleptic characteristic to the wine.
