The company was founded in January 2004, with the purchase of a small fifty years old vineyard of Primitivo with a surface of about 1:20 ha. In 2006, they purchased a vineyard of Negroamaro of approximately 1 ha and in 2007 and other small plots saved from uprooting to arrive today to a total farm area equal to 7.00 ha of Primitive, plus 1.00 ha of Negroamaro, always as a sapling of over 40 years in the countryside of Manduria a few meters from the sea from which produces "Jo". The goal of the company has been, since the beginnin, to achieve the highest quality without any compromise, with extreme pruning, severe thinning of the bunches, and the highest attention in the vineyard.
