The San Giuseppe Farm is composed of more or less 15 hectares of woods, olive groves of 1920 and vines (about 6 hectares).
Each of the six vineyards can be considered a small Cru with its own personality and its own character: which is then harvested and vinified separately and individually deposited in one or more tanks. Therefore, vines are treated with attention, to preserve the ecosystem that surrounds the vineyards and the Company. The results are healthy, strong and tasty grapes, expressions of each vintage, which give different wines over the years, closely related to our land.
Our company is certified ORGANIC (BIO) since 1996 and has been applying biodynamic methods since 2002.
