Carpineta Fontalpino has been belonging to the Cresti family since the 60s and there are marks of the company’s winemaking tradition dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century.
The farm is located in the heart of Tuscany, very close to the wonderful SIENA, in the historic municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the historic Montaperti area.

Gioia, the oenologist of the farm, deals with all the production stages, from vinification to aging, defining the most important choices and giving to the entire production his personal style.
Filippo, mainly deals with the commercial activity and marketing development.
The owned land stretches for about 80 hectares and have various cultivars.
The vineyard area extends for about 23 hectares of vineyards divided into blends of Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon vines, in addition to other fine experimental vines.
The production areas of the company are Chianti Classico and Colli Senesi.
