In Cilento national park, in areas untouched by intensive farming, in the firm San Salvatore we donât cultivate the land: we take care of it, promoting its vocations, its traditions, its history. Day by day we study the production processes integrating them with the agro-environmental specific characteristics of the ground. This allows us to valorize a single microclimate, a hilly and mountainous land with a high level of biodiversity, rich in minerals and with persistent influences of the sea and an ideal sun exposure.
