The Company Poggio Le Volpi was founded in the 90s by the brilliant idea of Felice Mergè.
The young oenologist, son of Armando Mergè, represents the third generation of a family strain that has Mario Mergè as founder, who in the 20s began his working business engaging mainly in wine and olive growing and marketing of products.
At the numerous second generation he handed down his experiences of living and working that gained new vigor and is completed, finally, in the bold initiative of his nephew Felice, well supported by the concrete and active impulse of his father Armando.
It was founded, in this way, Poggio Le Volpi, with a picture of a very high level for the quality and sophistication of its wines, which are precious gems that ennoble the pedigree of the company and which have earned appreciations in the refined and exclusive context of wines of niche.
