After being fascinated by the rural territory of the Castelli Romani, Vito Miceli purchased the vineyards located in Colle San Polo in 2018, founding Tenuta San Leo. The desire to preserve the beauty of the landscape and the bio-diversity of the territory have pushed the Miceli family to pursue an idea of a sustainable company implemented through organic and quality cultivation. Sustainable agriculture to enhance diversity and preserve the territory for future generations and respect for human work are the basis of our production activity.

We value the territory thanks to the respect for biodiversity Tenuta San Leo has 20 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees and fields cultivated with vegetables. Our wines The excellence of our wines: five labels and two product lines. Native and non-native vines that tell the uniqueness of the Castelli Romani terroir. The reconversion of the land and vines from conventional to organic, the rediscovery of ancient crops make the farm an oasis of biodiversity for bees, pollinating insects and animals of different species. Tenute San Leo is a unique ecosystem, in which the presence of man with his work, animals and many varieties of plants coexist, in addition to the vines that extend for 12 hectares on the hills of the Castelli Romani.
