The farm was founded in 2004 by the will of Arianna Occhipinti, a young producer. The lands extend into the heart of the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG, in the scenario of Hyblaean Mountains in Contrada Fossa di Lupo and Piraino, with its vineyards and olive groves, cultivated with natural methods and with absolute respect for the character of the area. The soils are of very old matrix, where Frappato di Vittoria and Nero d’Avola are original and then better express their scents and hints of the Mediterranean sea.
The olive groves of Tonda Iblea and Nocellara del Belice cultivars, respectively, are located respectively in the hills of Chiaramonte Gulfi, at the foot of the Hyblaean Mountains, and in Castelvetrano, cradle of the oldest oil production in the Belice Valley.
