Our cellar is a perfect meeting point between tradition and technology, reflecting on the one hand the canons of local peasant architecture in full respect of the surrounding nature, presenting on the other hand functionality and rationality in the internal layout of the rooms where the different phases of wine processing is adequately matched: the wine storage room, the bottling room, the warehouse for the finished product, the laboratory, the tasting room and the underground aging room in small oak barrels follow the wine-making area.
