The production, entirely given until 2001 to local producers for the production of DOC wines of quality, the 2002 vintage was vinified on its own for the first time.
We also produce olives for oil (then brought to the mill), from old plants recovered after years of neglect, this recovery occurred gradually with a strong rejuvenation pruning on older specimens. In 1997, moreover, it was also provided for the planting of a new olive variety of the Rasara variety (70%), the most characteristic local variety.
