The story of Capichera begins over thirty years ago in Gallura, an area in the extreme north of Sardinia particularly suitable for viticulture.
The lands are not far from Arzachena, on which you can find the vineyards of Capichera, already owned by the family in the nineteenth century and intended for grazing.
In the seventies the Ragnedda family planted new Vermentino vines, the typical local variety of grapes and built a cellar for the production of high quality wines.
The brothers Fabrizio and Mario, investing energy and enthusiasm, embarked on their journey into the world of wine.
In 1981, the first Vermentino labeled Capichera began to be distributed in the market.
