In the area of Sorbara and in the surrounding area, in the zone between Secchia and Panaro, and considered Doc for the production of Lambrusco, the Cavicchioli family owns several vineyards close to which has built its own farms.
In San Prospero, next to the bottling winery, the Due Madonne farm is located, with high–density installations.
A few miles away, in Staggia, Forcirola operates, with Lambrusco Salamino and Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes. In the meantime, in Bastiglia, the company of the same name is located, for white vinification.
To these Modena production units, the "Castel Faglia" winery in Franciacorta are added, and the "Francesco Bellei & C." in Bomporto are added, both specialized in the production of sparkling wine with classical traditional method.
