The Cà Montanari farm estate nestle in stunning farmed countryside, extending over 45 hectares of rolling hills on the outskirts of the little village of Levizzano di Castelvetro near Modena. It all began in 2002 with just 5 hectares of vineyard which had been tended by an old local small-holder.
The company soon expanded to take in the entire hill, acquiring a 1950s cowshed which was subsequently converted into a vinegar loft and agritourism. In 2005 organic farming methods were implemented for the entire hill farm.
