Founded in 1959, in the first outskirts of Castelfranco Emilia, which has always been family-run, the fully vined company extends over an area of about 3 hectares presenting recently converted high-density "spurred cordon" vineyards, composed of the classic vines of area such as the fragrant Pignoletto, the native Montuni and the typical Albana for white grapes, the classic Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro and Sangiovese for red grapes. Everything is therefore based on the search for the quality of the grapes, from the low production yields to the cultivation operations carried out manually such as pruning and harvesting, up to the cellar practices carefully carried out in order to market typical high quality wines, in bulk and mainly bottled. Sale that takes place both directly in the cellar and with home delivery, thus giving the customer an attentive and widespread service. And to be even closer to the final consumer, the company has been participating for some time in the FARMER MARKETs, that is the farmers' markets, thus operating the so-called "short chain" from producer to consumer without expensive intermediate steps. The excellent value for money has made sure that over the years the company has distinguished itself in events and competitions with the obtaining of prizes to crown its commitment. Since autumn 2012 a photovoltaic system has been present and functioning which makes the company self-sufficient from an energy point of view.
