When you think of Italian bubbles from Classic Method, memory goes fastly to high–sounding names of the most suited areas. One should not forget, however, happy niches of lands of lower level, among which the Bellei production is the most important. Year after year it does not disappoint, with a proposal of respectable Classic Method sparkling wines and findings that are not obvious on the experiments of second fermentation in the bottle wanted for Lambrusco di Sorbara, positive surprises and in growth compared to previous editions.
