Azienda Vitivinicola Serboni winery, founded in 1890 in Borgiano (MC), interprets the tradition of the high Macerata area of Vernaccia in an exclusive sparkling wine, the "Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG Serboni", the first bottled without pasteurization.
This product, flanked by valuable "Grappa del Passito", is the culmination of a vineyard of property in the hills above the Lake of Caccamo, where the particular microclimate definable "mediterranean of the mountain", ensures the grapes a perfect state of ripeness.
Dried in the absence of moisture, the collected grapes are vinified in late December: the must obtained is combined with the wine made from Sangiovese and Montepulciano, so as to constitute the basis for sparkling wine.
