Collestefano is a family–run company, founded in 1998, that owns about 14 hectares of vineyards of Verdicchio di Matelica DOC, following the methods of organic agriculture. The vineyards are positioned on four slopes of the hill of the same name, at an altitude of 420 m. It produces only one label, on which all the necessary attentions to obtain a wine that contains the genuineness of the fruits and the distinguishable characteristics of the territory are concentrated.
