The Montechiari property is located right at the top of a hill in the center of the well-known area of Montecarlo. All around are the vineyards, on the slopes, best exposed, and the olive trees, for a total of twenty-three hectares. The ten hectares of vineyards are divided into small parcels, to make the most of the lighting and soil characteristics. Very characteristic alluvial soils, which represent a particularity of our hill and which bind our wines as a common thread, with a very recognizable terroir imprint. French vines have always been traditional in the Montecarlo vineyards and we wanted to reproduce them, in the tradition but with the intention of producing innovative wines. This is how chardonnay, semillon, pinot nero, carbernet franc and merlot. flanked by the sangiovese grosso, in specialized vineyards that we cultivate aiming for the highest quality of the grapes, without compromise.

SERVICES

Completed the renovations in 1978, for a total of 10 hectares, we planted Chardonnay, Pinot nero, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and the traditional San Giovese Grosso, choosing the parcels most suitable for the development of the vineyards.

All our wines are organic since 2009 and with manual harvest.
