Il Quadrifoglio farm began producing wine in 2000 after having been for many years a producer of grapes, which were bestowed by local wineries. The idea took shape over time thanks to a renewed passion of the new generations and to a series of experiments that helped to understand the potential of the territory. The upgrading of old viticultural practices that had gone lost in time, combined with proper training on modern winemaking techniques, led us to develop awareness and sensitivity towards wine.
Wine as understanding of the potential of a territory. Wine as an element of exchange among people, as a tool to communicate to others your own interiority, such as the ability to share the most simple and profound emotions, just as has always been for men. Wine as a possibility for the local people to regain a role of centrality in the making of the products of their land.
