In recent years, Francesca with her husband Roberto and Annamaria have chosen to continue the beautiful work of father Riccardo, affectionately called "u Baccan" ("the leader", in the local dialect). A life choice dictated by strong deep attachment to our territory as a unique environment to preserve and enhance, a silent creator, together with our dedicated and passionate work with the wines of Azienda Agricola Bruna. The philosophy that we apply in the cellar is very simple: in winemaking we pander with pragmatism and sensitivity to the expression of each cultivar and the land it comes from. We prefer natural methods, wines of strong typicality and elegance, without forcing. Maceration on the skins, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, long periods of permanence of wines on the noble lees, have always been our modus operandi on Pigato. At the historic wine cellar dating back to the first twentieth century, in the design stage a wider structure was conceived, in harmony with the environment that will allow us to develop in the future our idea of ​​tradition.
