The Draga Agricultural Company is located in San Floriano del Collio (GO) in the DOC Collio area. It is possible to visit the cellar and taste the company's wines. The winery is 30 km from Ronchi dei Legionari airport and 10 km from Cormòns railway station. Draga, whose name in Slovenian means `` precious '', is located in the important strategic point in the hills of San Floriano del Collio. The Miklus family, for four generations, has been running the farm founded in the early 1900s. Milan, the current owner, began the wine business in 1980 and in 1992 came out with the first Draga label. The family tradition today is continued by their sons Denis and Mitja, who carry on the business with the same passion and dedication that have always characterized them. A history spanning almost a hundred years, in which the company, just like a great wine, has refined itself to achieve excellence. With the renewal of grape varieties and the recent construction of the new cellar, the company accelerates the pace on the road to quality. The global production is 40,000 bottles per year, including several main grape varieties used only for mono-varietal wines.
