A long family passion, begun more than 80 years ago, when Francesco Luisa, widow of only 37 years with 6 children to raise, had the foresight and the forwardness to purchase 5 hectares of land.
From here the saga of the Luisa di Corona family began, that continued with Delciso, who succeeded his father Francesco, and most of all with Eddi, who as he was only 13 joined the company at the side of his father with determination.
When you ask Eddi what is the secret of his success, he answers smiling:“I have worked with no interruption, without looking at the clock, with passion and love for my job”.
Still today, Eddi works together with his sons Michele, oenologist, and Davide, agriculture expert. A comparision of two generations that unite with wisdom tradition and constant research in innovation, in respect of raw material and territory.
It is exactly the union of the family and this whirlwind of enthusiasm, courage, foresight, which brought the Luisa Estate to grow steadily over the years, now reaching 75 hectares of cultivated land and more than 350,000 bottles of production, exported all over the world. Even today, Eddi works alongside his sons Michele, oenologist, and Davide, agriculture expert.
