The wish to hand down a father's love for the countryside and agriculture to following generations led to the establishment of Azienda Agricola Biologica Galassi Maria. Thirty-six hectares, of which sixteen are vines located in Paderno, in a valley amongst the hills of Cesena. A handkerchief of lands, worked and colourful, give our wines their exquisitely aromatic notes.
We have cultivated our lands with vines and fruit trees in full compliance with organic farming techniques, respecting the ecosystem and its ability to grow naturally with just a very little additional help.
Azienda Agricola Biologica Galassi Maria produces two quality wines from its selected, handpicked Sangiovese grapes: a Sangiovese Riserva, in large barrels, and a vinified white, blended with Chardonnay and Rebola.
