The cellar is located on the ground floor of the main house located in the center of the natural amphitheater of the vineyards. The space inside is simple and functional, following a philosophy that does not allow itself to be distracted by the large decorations but which devotes all attention to the production of wine. The modern and practical steel mixes with the wood of the large 10 and 50 hectolitre oak barrels that give body but do not weigh down with too pronounced notes. In these the wines evolve for a period of one year to three years and rest in the bottle for another one to two years.

Villa Triturris produces 5 red wines including 3 IGT Toscana, a Chianti Classico DOCG and a Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG. TRITURRIS - Toscana IGT A blend of all the grapes of the company - Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and a small touch of Malbec. Matured for 6 months in oak barrels. TURRIS - Chianti Classico DOCG A wine mainly from Sangiovese grapes and a small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Matured for 18 months in oak barrels. TRI - Toscana IGT One third of Sangiovese, one third of Cabernet Sauvignon and one third of Malbec. Matured for 18 months in oak barrels. TORRAIA - Toscana IGT A tribute to Malbec. Matured for 18 months in oak barrels. IOHANNA - Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG Produced with the best Sangiovese of the estate only in exceptional years. Matured 36 months in oak barrels. It is dedicated to Luiz's youngest daughter.
