Azienda Agricola Gabutti vinifies independently the grapes produced in its owned vineyards. It owes its name from one of the most suited areas for the production of Barolo: the Gabutti the area, already classified as a high quality sub–zone.
Through the reduction in yield, the timeliness of operations in green and a proper assessment of the harvest period, grapes able to offer great wines for aging are produced.
