Passion for wine and tradition. The Seghesio winery has always identified itself with the territory of Monforte d'Alba. Since the 60s grandfather Ettore had started to believe in wine growing, which has become the main activity over the years. The vineyards have always been the core of the family in which work, dedication and effort have given origin to high quality wines, which represent the Langa region. Their land, the commitment of Aldo and Riccardo, Ettore's sons, and their ties with the hills of Monforte have enabled this winery to create a precise company identity since the 80s: the Seghesio winery, dedicated to Barolo, the first wine to be bottled in 1988. Tradition meets the latest oenological and technical developments to better enhance the local wines.
