Our winery began its production in the 50s under the guidance of Giuseppe Damonte. Guseppe was a dreamer, he loved his country, and understood that Roero had great potential. Today, Malvir is led by the sons of Giuseppe: Massimo and Roberto, who have inherited from their father the same dream and the same passion.
Over time the company has grown and conquered new markets, but its family management remains; Massimo takes care of the vineyards and Roberto of the cellar.
Giacomo, son of Roberto and Patrizia, has completed the Oenology School of Alba and is taking his first steps in the company of the family, while the children of Massimo and Federica: Lucia, Francesco and Pietro, are still in compulsory schooling.
Patrizia, the wife of Roberto, runs the “Villa Tiboldi” farmhouse inn, with nine elegant rooms in the heart of the Trinità vineyard.
