To promote the most suited viticultural areas in Sicily in an environmentally responsible way, to prioritize the most valuable native vines and grape varieties which have adapted in the best way to the Sicilian territory, to enhance the raw material with a careful selection of grapes and constant care in the work in the winery. These are the elements at the base of the long and exciting path undertaken by Cantine Nicosia towards quality so as to produce wines worthy of representing the best Sicilian wine culture.
