In the heart of Ager Falernum, in the tuffaceous hills at the foot of the volcano of Roccamonfina, in the municipality of Sessa Aurunca, in 1993 the Volpara farm was founded. After decades devoted to agricultural production of various kinds, they convinced themselves that time had come to give an added value to the company: to create a wine bearing the name of our land, produced by our own vineyard, farmed for decades by our ancestors. With the 2004 vintage they created the Falerno del Massico red "Tuoro", the 2006 Falerno del Massico red "Ri Sassi", Falanghina in single–variety "Donna Jolanda", and the frizzante wine "Rugiada". With constant efforts, the Volpara farm aims to make excellent wines that can be appreciated in national and international circuits.
