Passion, courage and confidence of the enormous qualitaty potential that Puglia and in particular the areas of Castel del Monte and Salento can express, are the elements that have driven the Antinori family to invest in this region. The basic idea on which, from the outset, the production philosophy of Tornaresca is based, is to produce great wines from native grapes of Puglia, most of the vineyards which compose the company, grown in effect with traditional grapes, some of them dating back to the civilization of Ancient Greece and strongly rooted in the land: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Fiano, Aglianico and Nero di Troia.
Tornaresca, therefore, promotes the great quality potential inherent in each of these varieties, often adequately valued and appreciated, but capable of giving wines of great personality, typical, structured but at the same time modern and pleasant.
