The Pacherhof Estate, dating back to 1142 and run by the Huber family, is located in Novacella, a little bit over Bressanone where, on a surface of 8 hectares, the oenologist Andreas Huber cultivates excellent white grapes, which presses in the winery of property of the farm, to sell them personally, after.
Vineyards located in the best positions, gravel soils rich in minerals and special microclimates, are the natural potential of Pacherhof. The peculiarities of this area and the desire of Andreas Huber, the owner’s son, of pursuiting without compromise the best quality, are the secret of these refined and of character white wines.
The Huber family presses grapes in his basement, where the clusters are gently pressed and then are carefully kept in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, becoming the nectar of the gods. Before being sold, these noble drops rest, up to ten months, in oak barrels, and for more months in the bottle.
