A small winery managed by the Kerschbaumer family, Koefererhof began to bottle on its own only in 1995. Previously, grapes were sold to the surrounding wineries. The more or less 5 hectares of vineyards are located in a wonderful location 700 meters above sea level; the plant density of 7,000 logs per hectare shows clearly that the company is oriented towards high quality production. Beyond Pinot Gris, they cultivate Kerner, Gewürztraminer, Sylvaner, Müller–Thurgau and Riesling.
