The winery has the task to finish the artwork arisen in the vineyards. At the moment of the harvest, every cluster is cut by hand and carefully controlled, to create a selected and flawless raw material. The following phase provides for the conservation and the refinement of these prestigious grapes with delicate processings and innovative production methods, as well as with the experience, the sensitivity and the intuition of an oenologist. The knowledge of the ideal localities for each grape variety, the manual selection made in the vineyard and the aromatic notes given by the vinification in wooden or steel barrels are the essential elements of the philosophy of the Merano Burggrafler Winery.
