The wines of the Sandbichler line always distinguish themselves within the excellent production of the historic wine cellar of Egna. This line represents the pinnacle of quality business and is derived from grapes grown under strict selection procedures already in the vineyard. Above all, the refined sweetness of Passito 2007 stands out, a Moscato Giallo completed by light "brushstrokes" of Sauvignon and Riesling, capable of expressing great charm and territoriality. Always very good is Lagrein Riserva, while a little less convincing than last year, mainly due to lower depth of character, are Gewürztraminer and Cabernet Sauvignon, which in any case guarantee the usual finesse and pleasantness to drink.
