A small but very solid production reality that has always distinguished itself for the passion and care with which it tries to propose small cross sections of the territory interpreted by labels of fine typicality. We are in the plain of Cortina on the Wine Road, one of the smallest municipalities of South Tyrol, characterized by a soil composed of limestone and dolomite debris and moraine deposits of gravel, sand and clay. Only three are the wines that Peter Zemmer presented to us this year: once again, the fine Lagrein Intenditore stands out, the real pride of the winery, from grapes grown on clay soils in the municipality of Ora.
