Manfred Nossing, called &lduqo;Manni” by everyone, is a young and dynamic winemaker for passion that comes from a family of farmers and breeders, who owns a farm called “Hoandlhof”, on the hillside behind the built–up area of Bressanone/Brixen, about 600 meters of altitude in the Kranebitt locality. Traditionally, the grapes of 4 hectares of vineyard, which include the best wine–growing areas of the basin of Bressanone/Brixen, were conferred on the local wine cooperative, but “Manni”, in 1999, decided to start making wine on his own even if, only in 2003, managed to complete the construction the new cellar into the family farm, and the available hectares of vineyard became 5.
Thanks to the goodness and typicality of his wines, or maybe because “Manni” is a nice and original man, the success for his young company arrived almost immediately and culminated in prestigious awards by the leading guidebooks of the wine industry.
