The Canosa di Puglia wine is deeply rooted in its territory of origin. For this reason, in the activity of the Consortium for the promotion of the Rosso di Canosa DOC wine, the enhancement of the farming and winemaking tradition of the area of competence of the Rosso di Canosa DOC wine is accompanied by the promotion of historic–cultural elements of the territory belonging to the Designation and the enhancement of all the production sectors, different from the vinegrowing one, potentially involved.
